ABOUT GROUP
The CREATIVE GROUP started its activities in 1994 under the trade name of creative developers, a partnership firm which later on changed to “Truly Creative Developers Private Limited” in 1996. CREATIVE GROUP has been promoted by Shri. Rajendra Barade & Dr. Dattatreya Barade.
CREATIVE GROUP is one of the players participating in the real estate revolution that is taking place in India.
Given the poor state of the urban infrastructure and housing of most metros in India, and the projected growth of the economy over the next 15-20 years, CREATIVE GROUP is well placed to take advantage of the burgeoning requirements for housing and commercial space being demanded by India’s growing middle class population and the services and manufacturing sector. The group has gained expertise in slum/societies redevelopment projects with an experience of more than a decade in working on the similar projects. Till date the group has executed construction of about 500,000 sq. ft. which is fully under slum redevelopment project. The group has started working on the proposed slum project about 8 years back. Since then he is holding on to the consents of the slum dwellers for redevelopment. There were procedural hassles which he has managed to clear and now the project has received the necessary approvals to start the construction.
Projects which are under construction are as follows
• The Company proposes to develop Slum rehabilitation project whereby they will rehouse about 2416 families, dwelling into tiny slum structures at present, in a decent cement concrete structures i.e. “Pucca home”. The SPV developing the project will generate developable sale area to the extent of 827,958 sq. ft. which SPV will develop and sell. There is a potential upside to the sales value and profitability considering the fact that selling rates are conservatively assumed in the financial model at about Rs.5754 per sq. ft. for residential and Rs.12681 per sq. ft. for retail area as against the ruling Market rate of Rs.7500-8500 per sq. ft. for residential and Rs.17,500-20,000 per sq. ft. for retail area with the similar location advantages.
• Tep Village, Andheri (E), another slum redevelopment project for which construction is in progress and it is likely to be completed in coming 2 years. The project is likely to generate INR 1000 Lacs for the group.
• Samata Nagar, Kandivali (E), a societies redevelopment project. Under this project 54 individual societies have formed apex society and the group is holding development rights for all the societies with all the required documents in place. The group has applied for development permissions for the same and it is expecting the same to be received soon. The group has been working on this project since past about 5 years to bring the same at the present stage.

He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai. Enjoying the post of
General Manager in Bombay paints and Allied Products, more active and has credit for development of many new Products in the field of paints, Epoxy Resins, Polyurethane coating etc.
MR. RAJENDRA P. BARDE-Managing Director-Aged 50 years
A Bachelor’s degree holder in the Chemistry from the University of the Mumbai. The brain behind CREATIVE GROUP, he learnt the tricks of trade at a very young age. With unending passion “to be top of the world” attitude, has ventured in many field Land Development, Textiles and chemicals to name s few.
Mr. Narendra P. Barde - Diector - Aged 44 Yrs,
Completed his Master Degree in Aquaculture Engineering from Indian Institute Technology, Kharpur. For the Company is involved in Administration & Executive of the Project.
Mr. Suhas R. Sawant - Aged 46 Yrs,
Commerce graduate. Acted as a Manager in Jai Jawan Industries for 12 Years. He is acclimated in various fields. He is looking in to personnel and public dealings.
Mr. Prakash R. Sutar – Projects Head - Aged 36 Yrs,
Is a B.E. (Civil) from Government College of Engineering, Pune, M. Tech (Structures) I.I.T. Powai. Mumbai. He has designed various multi storied structures in Mumbai and Nepal. He is heading construction activities including Planning, Execution & Co-Ordination for the group.
Mr. Mahesh M. Jadhav. - Project Manager - Aged 30 Years
B.E. (Civil) from Shivaji University – Kolhapur.
He is associated with this company for last 8 yrs & he is capable as Project Engineer to look after all the present sites of the company.
Mr. Vijay S. Patil. - Incharge – Accounts & Banking. - Aged 35 years
B. Com. From Mumbai- University.
He is associated with this company for last 10 years & he is capable for accounts & banking independently & also over all incharge for the day to day affairs of company.

Mr. Marathe Satish. - Structural Engineer - Aged 55 years.
B.E. Civil and done Master Degree in Structural Engineering from Florida, U.S.A. Also he holds s masters
Degree in Masters Degree in Business Management from Florida, U.S.A. He has worked for about ten years and executed no. of project assignments in U.S.A., before coming back and working in to motherland since last fifteen years. He has handled a number of project assignments including multistoried buildings, bridges, industrial, education and commercial complexes. Associated with the company as R.C.C. consultant.
